Studio Space

Along with housing the offices for the Twin Rivers Council for the Arts, the Arts Guild features seven studio spaces available for rent to area artists. The studio spaces are best-suited for mediums such as painting, drawing, fiber art, jewelry-making, and book arts.

The studio spaces are designed to provide privacy, yet promote shared creative energy by working next door to fellow artists. During the Arts Guild public hours, tenant artists have the opportunity to connect with potential patrons seeking original and commissioned art works. Windows into each studio allow the public to view works on display even when artists are not at the Arts Guild.

Studio amenities include:

• 24/7 access for tenants
• First floor of facility is entirely handicap accessible
• Gallery space, managed by TRCA, is available for shows
• Access to kitchenette during business hours
• Wireless internet access

Available Sizes & Pricing:

• 6 studios at approximately 123-132 square feet for $95/month
• 1 studio at approximately 104 square feet for $75/month

Note: All studios have an association fee of $10 per month to cover building expenses such as snow removal, lawn maintenance, cleaning and supplies, and additional garbage service.
