CCR Revolving Loan Program
Store Front Rehab Program
Provides loans to businesses within the Downtown Core Target Area to undertake storefront rehabilitation. Up to $15,000 of EDA-SIP funds are provided, which must be matched 50/50 by the property owner. Funds are provided at 0% interest over a 10-year term. Monthly payments are not required and the loan amount is forgiven at the end of the 10-year term, provided property owner does not sell, relocate or transfer ownership. Transfer of ownership during the 10-year term will trigger repayment of the entire loaned amount.
Small Cities Development Program (SCDP)
The SCDP program, which requires that an application be prepared and administered by the City, provides grants to cities to undertake housing development or rehabilitation to eliminate slum and blight.
